Front of House / Bar & Restaurant staff
Always smiling, experienced and positive Front of House or Restaurant professionals, both full and part time, with a rare ‘can do’ attitude for our guests and staff team. You will be passionate and talented, with proven experience of a high standard and fast paced pub or restaurant environment if you’re looking for a full time position, or just a lovely personality and the willingness to learn from our first class training if you’re new to this and just looking for part time work. Basically, we’re just looking for lovely people who can appreciate that the Bell and the front of house experience we give our guests has to be particularly special!
The Front of House already has a brilliant reputation. We work as a team.
Senior Sous / Sous Chef
A great, experienced Sous Chef (or even a Head Chef in a smaller gaff or Chef de Partie in a bigger gaff!!) with a great attitude. You will be passionate and talented, with proven experience of a high standard and fast paced pub or restaurant environment. You will need to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, so experience of leading a small team and being accountable for kitchen management responsibilities is essential.

The Bell will award food, drink and accommodation vouchers to kind staff team 'introducers'.
Rewards are the equivalent of up to 10% of first month's earnings of the introduced staff member, to a maximum of £250 worth in food, drink or accommodation vouchers.
The new member of staff must successfully pass a 3 month probationary period with us before any introducer vouchers are awarded.
Vouchers must be used within 12 months of the member of staff team joining us.
Bookings for meals and accommodation are subject to availability and at the discretion of the General Manager and may not be accepted during peak trading times.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Bell at Sapperton offer and cannot be exchanged for cash
