Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef:

We are now recruiting for a various chef positions for our landmark pub in the Cotswolds. The pub is well known for serving modern British food with a strong focus on fresh local produce. This is a thriving and well established pub that has a great reputation for the best quality food, service and atmosphere. We pride ourselves on good, honest food with served with flair and passion. 

This is a great opportunity for a up and coming chef with a creative mind to create something exciting and put his or her name on the food map. You must work well under pressure and have experience of fresh, unpretentious food. We are looking for a chef to support our team to take this pub to the next level. Everything is made in-house with local produce as the key. 

The chefs along with the manager, have complete control over menu’s and running of the kitchen. A real focus on developing menu’s as well as training and developing the brigade will be key to the pubs success and growth.

Tuesday - Saturday 11am-11pm
Kitchen open Tuesday - Friday 12pm-2:30pm and 6pm-9:30pm
Saturday 12-3pm and 6pm-9:30pm
Sunday: food served from 12-4pm
Bar open Sunday 12-9pm
Please note that we are closed on Mondays from October until the end of March.
